At Aimology, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund for our firearm training courses. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Eligibility for Refunds:

* Full refunds are available if you cancel your registration at least 14 days before the course start date.
* Partial refunds (50% of the course fee) are provided if you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the course start date.
* No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date or for no-shows.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@aimology.com with your registration details and reason for cancellation. Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days.

Exceptions:

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please provide relevant documentation to support your request.
